Who we are

Whitefield International Investment, a division of Whitefield International Ltd, is a private investment boutique with an established, experienced team of investment and business development specialists. We are active in Europe, North America, Middle East and Latin America.

What we do

Through our extensive international networks - which we have developed over the past 20 years - we identify real estate and clean energy development opportunities in the range $50m - $2bn and bring these to our investment partners, who are established private equity groups, investment banks, family offices, boutiques and funds, providing a full range of debt and equity products.

Real estate sectors covered include hotels/resorts/leisure, multi-family dwellings, offices, clinics, logistics hubs, mixed use developments, distressed assets and more.

In addition, we assist property owners expedite the sale of existing, income generating hotels, apartments and offices in prime locations, often in city centres.

We also find debt and equity finance for fast growing businesses, who are already established and looking to move to the next level.
